Valentine Heart is a Floribunda rose with very attractive, frilled edged heart shaped petals, lilac pink, rain tolerant blooms which are borne freely on tall, upright, very healthy growth. Attractive, young purple foliage, a garden rose which is also excellent for cutting for vases.
