Le Rouge et le Noir is a pretty, velvet red, Hybrid Tea garden rose. Fabulous large, double blooms of deep red and velvets. Unusually for such a deep colour, this variety tolerates strong sun with its strong, thick petals. Wonderful vanilla fragrances also make this great for cutting. Clean, healthy growth on a strong, upright plant. A French rose from Delbard.
